Studies show that if you are interested in something, your brain is more active and it is also easier for you to pay attention to it for a long time.[]研究表明如果你对某东西感兴趣，你的大脑会更活跃，对于你来说，要长时间地关注它也就会更容易。
Good learners often connect what they need to learn with something they are interested in. []成功学习者经常将他们需要学习的东西和他们所感兴趣的东西相结合联系。
For example,if they need to learn English and they like music or sports, they can listen to English songs or watch sports programs in English.[]例如，如果他们需要学习英语，而且他们喜欢音乐或是体育，他们可以听些英文歌或是看一些英文版的体育栏目。
