<a brief introduction of wuhan university of science and technology> Ladies and gentlemen,i am so glad here to present you a brief introduction of wuhan university of science and technology,one of the national key universities .It used to be Hubei technology school,Wuhan iron and steel institute and Wuhan metallurgy university of science and technology,obviously ,which was well-known for the metallurgy. Dating back to 1898,wust was built by zhang zhidong,a greatest governor in qing dynasty ,making terrific contribution to china's development in several aspects. Located in the beautiful city ,wuhan,it mainly consists of two parts of campus :qingshan and huangjiahu branch. .Fortunately ,i came to the latter,and it is really a wonderful place to live and study here.The current head of wust is kong jianyi.its major departments are departmentof Material and Metallurgy,of Machinery and Automation and City and onstruction,which is where i belong. With advanced teaching equipment, research facilities and powerful library,students and teachers here make the most of them ,obtain lots of knowledge ,and conttibute a lot to
society. Wust opens its eyes towards the world and has many foreign countries in cooperation ,such as, Germany, and the United States, etc.by these ways ,wust become more and more comprehensive and dynamic
I have been here for almost one year and I get to be used to the life besides huangjia lake .altough much remains to be improved in the school ,I feel my life enriched and interesting every day here . As the school motto goes"厚德博学，崇实去浮",students in wust are working hard to strengthen themselves in order to have a bright future .
