中国中央银行独立性现状分析及解决措施
摘要：中央银行作为一国货币政策的制定者和执行者，其政策关系到整个国民经济能否顺利运行。中央银行的独立性问题一直是各国金融理论的热点之一。本文论述了关于中央银行独立性的含义、意义，介绍了我国中央银行独立性的发展历程及我国央行独立性的现状，并对我国现状进行了分析，最后提出了关于加强我国央行独立性的几点建议。

Analysis of the Chinese Central Bank Independence and the Improving Strategies
Abstract:Central bank,as a country’s moneytary policy makers and implementers,its policy concerns about if the entire national economy can run smoothly.Central bank independence has been one of the hot spots of the worlrd’s financial theory.This article discusses the meaning of central bank,introduces the development course and the status quo of China central bank independence,and finally,present a few suggestions according to the analisis of the status quo to strengthen the independence of our central bank.
