随着人民生活水平持续提升，我们的食品越来越丰富，各式各样的食品应有尽有，不管什么样子的，什么味道的都有，而且美观又好吃。可就是有些商家为获取更大的利润，不择手段，用一些劣质原材料，制造出很多不合格的产品，放了很多添加剂、合成色素，有的甚至有致癌物质，如：苏丹红、掉白块等等，给人民的身体健康带来极大的损害。
在一些路边的小摊上，有很多的食品很不卫生。虽然，老远就能够闻到食品的香味，让人觉得很想吃，但是，在这些食品里，有很多垃圾配料。爸爸以前告诉我，这些小摊里的食品，有的用的油是地沟油，有的用的是变质食物，有的是三无产品，还有的细菌超标，甚至带有传染病菌，危害人体健康。
为了提升食品质量，保证食品安全，国家相对应提升了食品标准，并实行市场准入制，要求在食品包装上表明产地、日期、执行标准、成分等等。所以，食品好与坏，有国家标准，完全能够鉴别。
所以说，我们在购买食品时，要在正规的商场购买正规厂家生产的食品，注意看保质期、成分、QS标志等，不要在学校门口、路边小摊里随意购买，更不能吃变质食品。只要我们时刻注意食品安全，就能保证身心健康，人人把好食品安全关，世界将会变得更美好。
