本科论文现如今熬夜已经成为了90后中一种普遍的现象,这已经是他们的一种生活常态,在许多90后眼中不熬夜的人甚至是“奇葩”。其实他们中的许多人是从最开始的偶尔被迫熬夜(加班工作学习),慢慢发展为习惯性失眠,一到晚上就精神抖擞久久无法入睡。时间一长,人们的身体就会开始出现各种问题,但人们宁愿通过其他许多方式去弥补或者说掩盖这些问题,也没有停止熬夜这种不健康的行为,这其中有一部分是因为各种各样的外在因素而不得不熬夜,另一部分则是不愿意去改变熬夜的习惯,由此可见熬夜不仅仅危害人们的身体健康,甚至也成为了“毒品”一样让人上瘾的生活习惯。熬夜会对人体造成非常严重的不良影响,例如出现脱发、免疫力下降、健忘等不良症状。本次调查主要是以90后熬夜党的现状为基础,了解在夜经济飞速发展的大背景下熬夜党的熬夜原因和心理,进一步地去研究他们现在所存在的问题及采取的自救措施,提出能改善90后睡眠和身体健康的办法,给社会宣传方面及养生经济企业发展方面提出一些建议。关键词:90后、熬夜、身体健康、养生
本科论文AbstractNowstayuplatehasbecomeacommonphenomenoninthepost-90s,thishasbeenanormallifeforthem,intheeyesofmanypost-90speoplewhodonotstayuplateiseven"exoticflower".Infact,manyofthemarefromthebeginningoftheoccasionalforcedtostayuplate(overtimework,slowlydevelopedintohabitualinsomnia,alongtimetostayawakeatnightcannotsleep.Overtime,people'sbodiesbegintodevelopproblems,buttherearesomanyotherwaystofixthem,ortocoverthemup,thattheydon'tstopstayinguplate,whichisunhealthy,thisispartlyduetovariousexternalfactors,andpartlyduetoreluctancetochangethehabitofstayinguplate,whichshowsthatstayinguplateisnotonlyharmfultopeople'sphysicalhealth,itevenbecameanaddictivehabitlike"drugs".Stayinguplatecanhaveveryseriousadverseeffectsonthehumanbody,suchashairloss,decreasedimmunity,Amnesiaandotheradversesymptoms.Thisinvestigationismainlybasedonthecurrentsituationofthelate-nightPartyofthepost-1990sgeneration,tounderstandthereasonsandpsychologyofthelate-nightPartyinthecontextoftherapiddevelopmentofthenighteconomy,andtofurtherstudytheproblemstheynowhaveandthemeasurestheyhavetakentosavethemselves,thispaperputsforwardsomemethodsthatcanimprovethesleepandphysicalhealthofthepost-90sgeneration,andputsforwardsomesuggestionsontheaspectsofsocialpropagandaandthedevelopmentofhealth-preservingeconomicenterprises.Keywords:The'90s,stayuplate,keephealthy,keepfit
