Mr.FooltheMountainMover
Onceuponatime,therewasanoldmannamedMr.Fool.Over90yearsoldashewas,hewasstillingoodhealthandenjoyinghistimeinthebigfamilywithmanychildrenandgrandchildren.Withlovelykidsandfriendlyneighbors,heledasimplehappylife.
以前，有一位老人叫愚公，他虽然已经90多岁了，但身体仍然很好，在这个大家庭里和许多孩子和孙子孙女在一起过得很愉快。他有可爱的孩子和友好的邻居，过着简单快乐的生活。

只有一件事让他很恼火：两座大山就在他的房子前面，如果要出去，家里的每个人都得绕着山多走几英里。
OnedayMr.Foolsaidtotherestofthefamily."I'vebeenthinkingforalongtime.Iwillmovethemountains.Areyougoingtojoinme?"有一天，愚公向他的家人说：“我想了很久了，我要移山，你们要和我一起去吗？””

村子里的另外一位老人，叫智者，认为愚公傻的橡根木棍，并嘲笑愚公说：“像你这样的老人，拔一颗野草都费劲，你怎么敢想到搬走那两座山？简直就是在白日做梦！”
Mr.Foolpointedtotheworkingsceneandsaid,"Howdoyouknowit'simpossible?WhenIdie,mychildrenandgrandchildrenwillcarryonthework,andtheywillhavechildrenwhobearmorechildren.Mylifeislimited,soistheworkload,butmyoffspringisnot,andwewillwin."

愚公指着大家干活的场景说：“你怎么知道这是不可能的？我死后，我的子孙将继续工作，他们将有更多的孩子。我的生命是有限的，工作量也是有限的，但我的后代不是，我们会成功的。”
Surprisedbyanddisappointedatthestubbornman,Mr.Wiseshookhisheadandwentaway.
智者对这个固执的人感到惊讶和失望，就摇摇头走了。
Mr.Foolandhisfamilycontinuedtheirwork.Theirfatiguewasrelievedbycleandrinkingwaterbroughtbytheirlovedonesandthepathwaystretchingfurtheraheadwitheachpassingday.
愚公和他的家人继续忙碌着。他们通过家人送来的食水来缓解疲劳，随着日子一天天过去，道路向前伸展的也越来越远。

两座山的山神感受到了愚公的恒心，将此事上报给了玉帝，“这个顽固的老人真是执着，精神可嘉！要不我们帮他一下吧！”
EmperorJadeagreedandsenttwotitanstohelpthehard-workingfamily.Theyeachcarriedamountainandmovedthem.
玉帝同意了，派了两个巨人去帮助这个勤劳的家庭。他们每人扛着一座山，把它们搬走了。
Withnomountainsintheirwayanymore,Mr.Foolandhisfamilyaswellastheirfellowvillagerslivedhappilythereafter.

再也没有山挡住他们的路了，愚公和他的家人以及他们的乡亲们从此过上了幸福的生活。
