　　There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation for it.

　　毫无疑问每个人都想获得成功。不过，成功之路主要应该留意什么？引用亚伯拉罕林肯有一句名言，“给我六小时砍倒一棵树，我会花头一个小时磨锐利我的斧头”，我知道假如我们想要取得成功，我们就要充分做好预备。

　　Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it whenever it comes up.

　　只有我们都预备好了，我们才可以抓住瞬间即逝的机会。在我们的日常生活中，我们必须得开阔我们的视野，为成功奠定坚实的基础。距离成功还有很长的一段路要走，因此，我们必须一天天地积累知识。我们不可能一两天就可以实现成功的。假如我们有宽敞的视野，就可以关心我们更有效的解决问题。更重要的是，机会总是不可预测的，所以我们必须做好预备。假如我们预备好了，不管什么时候来我们都能抓住。

　　Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them. What’s more, success goes along with opportunities. We should develop the ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make our way to success more easily.

　　机会总是优先那些有预备的人。而且，成功总是和机会一起的。我们应该培养用不同、有效的方式解决问题的能力，这样我们才可以更容易成功。

　　Children’s education has been concerned by the public all the time. As they are the future and will decide a country’s destiny, so the environment matters so much to them. Most parents expect the school can provide the children a good learning environment and ignore the importance of home education.

　　孩子的教育总是受到公众的关注，因为他们是将来，会影响一个国家的命运，因此，环境对他们来说很重要。大多数家长希望学校可以提供孩子们一个好的学习环境，却忽略了家庭教育的重要性。

　　School provides the children a direct stage to receive education. In the school, the teachers pass knowledge and educate them the right value. The children know their task and as everybody around them focus the attention on study, so they are affected by each other and have the strong desire to learn.

　　学校给孩子们提供了一个直接接受教育的平台。在学校，老师把知识传递给他们，教育他们准确的价值观。孩子们知道自己的任务，周围的人都全神贯注于学习，他们相互影响，有着强烈的学习愿望。

　　Home education is easy to be ignored by most parents, they think it is the teachers’ duty to educate children. Actually, most criminal teenagers have family issues. Parents haven’t set good example for the kids. Sometimes they are even the trouble makers. Without love, teenagers won’t grow up as the strong people.

　　家庭教育很容易被大多数父母忽视掉，他们认为教师才有责任教育孩子。事实上，大多数犯罪青少年的家庭都有点问题，父母没有给孩子们树立良好的榜样，有时他们甚至是麻烦的制造者。没有了爱，青少年就不会成长为强大的人。

　　Both school and family environment are important for the children, and they need to be nurtured with the good examples and learn knowledge.

　　It is known to all that the working hour is admitted to be 9 A.M to 5 P.M. For a lot of people, they just sit in the office and wait for the clock to tell them that they can go home. But today, with the development of Internet, many work requires for creativity. Working according to the hour is not the best way. Only measure by the achievement can bring the efficiency.

　　众所周知，公认的工作时间是早上9点到下午5点。对于许多人来说，他们仅仅坐在办公室里，等待时间到了，回家了。但今天，随着互联网的发展，许多工作需要创造力。按小时制工作不是的方法，只有以完成工作量为标准才是有效的。

　　Today we live in the information world. The traditional way of working has faced challenge. Internet changes people’s life, and they use computer to do their work. It is very convenient and efficient. People can work in any place with computer. Many companies start to admit their employees to work out of the office, because the employees can finish their tasks with passion.

　　今天我们生活在一个信息化世界。传统的工作方式面临着挑战。互联网改变了人们的生活，他们使用计算机来进行工作，这是非常方便和有效的。人们可以用电脑在任何地方工作，许多公司开始允许员工在办公室以外的地方工作，因为员工可以富有激情地完成他们的任务。

　　The new way to complete work is favored by the young generation. They chase for freedom and creativity. There is no doubt that technology will dominate the future trend and the new pattern industry calls for different business operations. The most efficient way to work is measured by the achievement instead of hours.

　　这种完成工作的新方式受到年轻一代的青睐，他们追逐自由和创造力。毫无疑问，科技将主宰将来的趋势，新型产业要求不一样的经营模式。最有效的工作方式是衡量成效，而不是时间。
