摘 要 在本文中,笔者综合运用大学所学,根据任务书要求进行了现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构宿舍楼的建筑设计及结构设计。
本毕业设计题目为“大连理工大学本科生宿舍楼设计”。本工程所在地为大连(甘井子区),地震设防烈度为7度(.1g),设计地震分组为第二组。建筑场地类别属于Ⅱ类,冻深.7m。宿舍楼为钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,不上人屋顶,总建筑面积约5652m2。结构总层数为六层,首层层高6m,标准层层高均为3m,室内外高差.45m,建筑总高度为2.7m,设计使用年限5年。
