1.>>干煸鸡胗
材料:鸡胗、红椒、盐、料酒、酱油、孜然粒、胡椒粉、姜、蒜、孜然粉、白芝麻、麻油做法:
1.鸡胗洗净后切片,加盐、料酒、酱油、孜然粒、胡椒粉腌制30分钟左右,姜、蒜、红椒切丁备用;
2.锅中放油,下腌好的鸡胗翻炒至变色捞出;3.用锅内余油,放姜蒜、红椒丁煸香;
4.倒入鸡胗,撒孜然粉、白芝麻煸炒,淋少许麻油即可。小贴士:
1.鸡胗清理的时候一定要把表面的黄色部分全部弄干净。2.鸡胗炒得略有些偏干会更香,步骤4的时候稍微多煸一会。
2.>>糖醋小排
材料:排骨、姜片、老抽、生抽、冰糖、醋、料酒做法:
1.排骨剁成2-3厘米长短的小块,放入开水里焯一下去掉血沫;2.焯净的排骨放入锅中,接足量水没过材料,放入两片姜;3.以中火煮开后转小火炖约40分钟后,捞出排骨沥水;
4.油锅烧至9成热,将排骨放入热油里炸至金黄后捞出沥油;
5.锅中倒入适量老抽、生抽、冰糖、醋、料酒以及水,以大火烧开;6.把炸好的排骨放入锅中,以中火炖约25分钟入味;7.大火收汁,最后再加入一点醋即可。
