How to keep safe?

As teenagers, we should always keep safety in mind. But how can we keep safe? Here are some of my suggestions. First, we should be careful when we make friends, especially online. Second, if we are in danger, we must call the police for help in time so that we can keep ourselves safe. Also, we ought to eat healthily and safely. Eating bad food will do harm to our health. What’s more, summer is coming, and we must remember it’s dangerous to swim in the river. Last but not least, obeying traffic rules is important for us.

Last but not least, it’s important and necessary to help protect the environment. For example, we shouldn’t spit here and there or throw litter about. Breakfast is important. But not all the students have realized its important. Here’s the result of our survey. About 55 percent of the students have breakfast regularly every day. So they keep healthy and look active. 25 percent of them just have junk food instead. They don’t have a balanced diet. It is bad for their health. 20 percent of the students go to school without breakfast. As a result, these students often fell hungry in class and can’t listen to teachers carefully. What’s worse, they get ill easily.

It’s necessary to have breakfast and we should also have the right kinds of food for breakfast.

I think it’s very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports very much because they’re not only good for my health but also good for my study. My favorite sport is swimming.
