Summer vacation is hot and long. During this long vacation I participated in a trip to Gaoming Foshan organized by my dad's unit caring committee for the next generation and visited the Luwen Education Farm and the Memorial Hall of the Guangdong People's Liberation Army.
暑假，酷热而漫长。在这漫长的假期里，我参加了我爸爸单位关心下一代工作委员会组织到佛山高明的一次旅行，参观了霭文教育农庄和中国人民解放军粤中纵队纪念馆。
At the farm the uncle of the Guan Gong Committee took us to experience the national flag raising ceremony visited the coins grains and six animals planted sweet potatoes and picked longan. I also played games to the fullest. I learned a lot in happiness and understood the meaning of labor. What I learned most was grains and six animals. Before I went I didn't know what kind of food the grains meant and what animals did the six animals mean. After the visit I finally knew that the grains refer to: rice wheat chestnut loquat and loquat. Six animals refer to horses cattle sheep chickens dogs and pigs.
在农庄，关工委的伯伯带着我们体验了升国旗仪式，参观了钱币、五谷六畜，还种了番薯，摘了龙眼。还尽情的玩耍游戏，在快乐中我学到了不少知识，也懂得了劳动的意义。最让我学到知识的是五谷六畜，没去之前我并不知道五谷是指哪些粮食，而六畜又指什么动物。参观完后，我终于知道了，五谷是指的是：稻、麦、栗、稷、菽 。六畜是指马、牛、羊、鸡、犬、猪。

在中国人民解放军粤中纵队纪念馆，我看到了许多解放前的用品，我仿佛看到了解放军们奋勇前进，英勇杀敌，为新中国的胜利而抛头颅，洒热血的情景，体验到了我们的生活来之不易。 这时，我猛然想起了前一天晚上关工委给我们开会那时让我们不怎么明白的主题：八荣八耻，此刻我似乎有了更深刻的理解了，我终于明白了关工委带我们去那里的目的，也明白了关工委开那个会的真正含义：知荣耻，学做人，懂礼貌，讲诚信，勤奋学习珍惜生活，争当文明学生，争做世纪新人。
This trip made me understand a lot of truth and this trip made me unforgettable.
这次旅行，让我明白了许多道理，这次旅行让我终生难忘。
