良渚国家遗址公园建设研究

摘要：文化遗产是指具有突出历史、艺术、科学价值的文物，可分为物质文化遗产与非物质文化遗产，古遗址从属于前者。从1964年《威尼斯宪章》到1972年《世界遗产公约》，再到1994年《奈良真实性文件》，国际社会对文化遗产的保护与利用的关注不断深入，研究也日益增多。良渚遗址是中国新石器时代的一处遗址，分布于太湖地区，最密集的分布区为杭州余杭区良渚、安溪、瓶窑三镇，有村落、墓地、祭坛等各种遗存，以玉器为最大出土特色。作为一处非常重要的史前遗址与一项非比寻常的文化遗产，近年来加之在良渚遗址上的各项工作受到越来越多的关注。自20世纪80年代以来，良渚遗址的考古发掘工作陆续开展，考古报告也在跟进出版。2008年，良渚博物院正式开始对外开放，成为全民了解良渚遗址的窗口。2009年，良渚国家遗址公园动工开建，预计10年内建成，开放为一个开发、保护、利用和展示良渚遗迹的“美丽洲”公园。2012年，良渚遗址被列入《中国世界文化遗产预备名单》，进入申遗倒计时。2013年，《良渚遗址保护总体规划》编制完成，对良渚遗址给予了各方面的评估与规划。这些都说明我们开始将良渚真正作为一项文化遗产来认真看待。良渚国家遗址公园的建设是良渚遗址利用的重中之重，它最终将以何种姿态呈现令人期待。本文通过考察分析良渚国家遗址公园的建设，探究其对国家遗址公园建设的借鉴意义。

Research of the Construction of Liangzhu

National Relics Park

Abstract: Cultural heritage is the antiques which have high historical , artistic and scientific values . From Venice Charter(1964) to Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage(1972) , then developed to Nara Authenticity Document(1994) , we can discover that international community is putting more focus on the protection and utilization of cultural heritage , and there are more and more relevant researches . Liangzhu Site , belongs to the Neolithic Age , located in Lake Taihu area , and most dense distribution areas are Towns of Liangzhu , Anxi and Pingyao . Liangzhu has many kinds of relics , such as villages , tombs , sacrificial altars and so on , and the most famous and special ones are its jades . As a very important pre-historical site and extraordinary cultural heritage , in recent years , the work implemented on Liangzhu is focused by the public . From 1980s , the archaeological excavation has been launched , and archaeological reports have been publishing since then . In 2008 , Liangzhu Museum opened to the public . In 2009 , Liangzhu National Relics Park started constructing , and planned to finish building in 10 years . In 2012 , Liangzhu Site was added to the list of World Heritage . In 2013 , The Comprehensive Planning for the Protection of Liangzhu Site accomplished . In conclusion , we begin to view Liangzhu as a cultural heritage . The construction of Liangzhu National Relics Park is the core part in the utilization of Liangzhu Site , and we are looking forward to its completion . The task of my paper is getting the experience from the construction of Liangzhu National Relics Park through investigation and analyzation .
