北京联合大学应用型大学建设的探索历程

[摘要]作为一所地方高校，在40年的发展历程中，北京联合大学扎根京华大地，主动适应北京的经济社会发展需求，在全国较早提出了“建设应用型大学、培养应用型人才”的办学理念，并坚持改革创新，与时俱进，进一步明确了“城市型、应用型大学”的办学定位，逐步走出了一条适合自身发展的应用型大学办学之路，为北京的高等教育大众化和经济社会发展作出了巨大贡献。

Abstract： In the course of its 40 years of development， Beijing Union University， a local university， has taken root in Beijing and taken the initiative to meet the needs of Beijing's economic and social development. It took the lead in coming up with the idea of “Building an application-oriented universities and training application-oriented talents” nationwide. Beijing Union University persists in reform and innovation， keeps pace with the times， and further clarifies its positioning of “city-based and application-oriented universities”. It has gradually blazed its own path of building an application-oriented university and made great contributions to the popularization of higher education and economic and social development in Beijing.
