Liangliang is no longer the boy that he used to be----he has changed a lot.

In the past,he was overweight and a little lazy. He was always watching IV and eating junk food at the same time. Day by day, he got tired easily and did not like sports. One day, he realized that he was too fat and he couldn’t continue like this. So he made up his mind to change it. He started to play sports. For example, he inisisted on running on the playground every day. In addition, he tried to have a balanced diet and eat more vegetables and fruits. Finally, he succeeded in losing his weight. Now he has a good figure/is in good shape, looking healthy and strong.

A.From the experience of Liangliang, we can know that if we want to keep fit, we should be careful about what we eat and make sure that we get enough exercise.

The two pictures show how greatly my father’s hometown has changed in the past twenty years.

In the past ,my father’s school was a big yard with a row fo houses. There was a flag pole standing alone in the yard. Several trees were planted around the houses. There was little sports equipment in it. But nowadays the new school in my father’s hometown consists of a tall building and a big playground. All kinds of sport facilities can be seen on the playground. With trees and flowers in the school yard, it looks like a big garden.

It is clear that the living conditions in our country have changed greatly and so has children’s learning environment.

When my father was young, his school was only a big yard with a row of old houses. With few trees and little equipment around, the school looked lonely. This change in communication has a good effect on our life and work. Compared with letters and public phones, mobile phones and the Internet are faster and much more convenient. With the development of modern technology, in the near future, people can use picture mobile phones to talk face to face. If you miss your parents, you not only hear their voice but also see their faces. An intelligent language wireless appliance that is implanted into the inside of our body will be invented. This can save your time because people don’t need to hold it. It is believed that people will benefit from them.

With the development of science and technology, our way of life has been changing all the time .

In the past ,my grandma used to covered a long distance to go shopping in small shops in town. And there were fewer goods for her to choose from. Later ,it is very convenient for my mom to do some shopping in the supermarket, which sells a wide range of products . In recent years ,with the popularity of the Internet, online shopping is popular with us. Only by clicking the mouse,can we buy what we need.

I think ,in the future, we can depend on our robot servants to do shopping as well as the housework.
