1. Let nature take its course.
Take its course可以表示“按照程序进行”。 如果是按大自然的程序，可不就是顺其自然么?

2. Go with the flow.
跟着水流一起走，管它会漂向哪里，这个短语的意思是要顺应自然。
例：You worry too much about everything. Just relax and go with the flow.

3. Let it be.
表示别管它，随它去，意思就是不要人为干预。
例：
A: I'm still worrying about the test.
