Purpose:目的：
Toprovidecommunicationandcontinuitybetweenshifts.提供班次间的交流及工作的连续性。
Procedure:程序：
TheengineeringdepartmentwillhavethreeeventsLogbooksthrough-outtheHotel,工程部在全酒店要有3个事故记录本：
Book1:LocatedinthemainworkshopDutyEngineer记录本1：位于主工作间值班工程师。Book2:Locatedintheboilerroom.记录本2：位于锅炉房。
Book3:LocatedintheH.V/L.Vswitchroom.记录本3：位于高／低压开关室
Therecordingbooksarenottobeusedtorecordroutinemaintenanceworkwith-intheHotel,butareforthesoleuseofrecordingextraordinaryeventssuchasequipmentfailuresandfaultsthatcannotberepairedimmediately.
这些记录本不是用来记录酒店内日常的维修工作，而是用于记录非常事件，如设备出故障且不能立即被修好AllentriesintotheLogbooktobewritteninink,accuratelyandlegibly,asthislogcanbeusedasalegaldocument.
所有记录要用钢笔书写，准确并且字迹清楚，因为这个记录可被用作法律文件。
Allentriesmustshowthedate,timeandbeinitialledbythetechnicianmakingtheentry.所有记录必须有日期、时间和维修技工的签名。
Nopagesshouldberemovedoranyentryerased.Mistakesandincorrectentriesshouldhaveasinglelinedrawnthroughit.
不应有缺页或更改记录。错误和不正确的记录应用单线勾掉。
AllengineeringstaffwillbefullytrainedintheuseoftheLogbooksanddemonstrationofhowtorecordeventswillbecarriedout.
所有工程部员工要就如何使用记录本和怎样记录事件展开充分的培训。
