及物动词 vt.

1. 结束;完成[+v-ing]

fun和funny的运用有何不同

fun 在通常使用中，一般是名词形式；但是作为形容词（特别情况下）是使用其动名词做形容词的。事实上，fun是动词或名词。

funny在通常情况下是形容词的词性，特别情况译作“连环图画”时是名词形式。

fun只能是名词，funny本来就是形容词

fun如果放在名词前面，就是名词作形容词的用法

fun大多做名词，较少作形容词和动词。fun 有意思，有趣；

作形容词时，如果需要用到比较级或者最高级意思，可用more fun, the most fun，如This is the most fun part of the town，但是fun本身没有比较级或最高级。

funny比较突出“奇怪的，可笑的”的含义，带有一定程度的贬义。比较级funnier，最高级the funniest

fun 做形容词用的时候主要突出一个含义“供娱乐用的”，强调娱乐性。其比较级和最高级是直接加more 或most。还是做名词的时候较多，有惯用搭配“for fun”.

funny主要突出其“滑稽的”“奇异的”这些含义。它的比较级和最高级是变y为i再加er或est. funny ：滑稽，搞笑，可笑。
