比较两种核酸检测系统检测能力的结果分析

摘要:目的分析比较罗氏和诺华核酸试剂的核酸检测fNAn能力。方法同时运用罗氏和诺华系统对262例无偿献血
者血液标本及l0例卫生部室间质评(NCCL1核酸标本进行检测,统计分析比较阳性检测率。结果245例酶联免疫吸附实验
(ELISA)检测阴性的献血者标本中,罗氏和诺华系统分别检出1例和4例NAT阳性.其中仅有诺华1例鉴别实验鉴别为
HBV,其余均未能鉴别;17例ELISA检测阳性的标本中,运用罗氏系统检测,11例HBsAg阳性的标本检出5例NAT阳性,5 例抗一HCV阳性的标本检出3例,1例抗一HIV阳性的标本未检 ,10例NCCL标本全部正确检出;运用诺华系统检测.上述 ELISA阳性标本分别检出3例、3例和0例,NCCL标本也全部正确检出。结论两种核酸检测系统在检测能力上各有优势.
均能较好地胜任日常的检测工作

Abstract:Objective To analyze and compare the detection ability of nucleic acid reagent of Roche and Novartis.Methods
Roche and Novaais nucleic acid detection systems were used to detect the 262 specimens of blood donors and 10 copies of NCCL specimens,the positive detection rates of the two systems were statistically analyzed.Results Among 245 cases of blood speci— mens with negative NAT detected by ELISA,Roche and Nova ̄is systems detected 1 case and 4 cases with positive NAT respec— tively.In the identification test.only one of the NAT positive specimens detected by Nova ̄is system was identiifed as HBV.In the 17 cases of blood specimens wi
