The table illustrates total number of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the period before and the period after it was refurbished. The chart shows the result of surveys of visitor satisfaction during the same twoperiods.
There is a noticeable upward trend in the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum between the year before (74000 visitors) and the year after (92000 visitors) it was refurbished.
The proportion of dissatisfied visitors dramatically decreases from 40% to 15% during the same two years, meanwhile, that of very dissatisfied people also slightly fall back to 5% (the year after refurbishment) from 10% (the year before refurbishment).There is upward trend on the percentage of very satisfied visitors during the same two years. A resembled trend can be seen in the proportion of very satisfied visitors rise from 30% to 40%.
In my opinion, Ashdown Museum is provided more interests and positive feedback from increasing numbers of visitors through refurbishment.
