partinmanyresearchanddevelopmentprojectsandaccumulatedrichexperiencesonthat.Inthejoint-ventureprojectbetweenourschoolandthefirstautomobilemanufacturingplantinChina,I
wasresponsibleforbuildingupexperimentalframeworkcomposedoftheelectricmotor,hydrostaticgearbox,loadingdeviceandthecontrolsystemandcarriedoutthefunctionaladjustingofthe
automaticshift,thusgettingabetterknowledgeofthepowertrain.Theexperimentwasagreatsuccessandprovidedreliablesupportfortheoverallvehicleexperiment.
ThethesisformymasterdegreeisResearchofLoaderwithAutomaticShiftTechnologyandFuzzyControlStrategy.Atpresent,China’sresearchonautomationofconstructionmachineryhasnot
startedyet.Ichoosethissubjectinordertorealizeautomaticshiftcontrolandcomputerizationofconstructionmachinery.Itismainlyconcernedwithcoordinationcontroloftheengineand
thegearbox,powerdistribution,recognitionandfuzzycontroloftheworkingstateofconstructionmachineryandsoon.Thisisbasedonthejointventure----theautomaticshiftcontrolof
ZL50loaderbetweenourschoolandagearboxmanufacturingplantinHunan.Thepurposeofthisresearchprojectistochangetheloader’soriginalmanualshiftintoautomaticshiftcontrol.The
stumblingblocksherearetherecognitionofdifferentworkingstates,thecoordinationoftheengineandthegearboxandtherealizationofthepotentialenginepowertothegreatestpossibleextent.
InthatprojectIwasresponsibleforthewholeprocessfromtheprojectdemonstration,programselection,simulationresearchandprojectimplementation.Welargelyenhancedtheautomation
levelandworkingefficiencyofZL50loaderandmadeconvenientitsoperation.AtthesametimeIbenefitedalotfromadeeperunderstandingoftheessenceofautomaticshifttechniques.
