Recipe of pan cake果子(JIAN BING GUO ZI )

Ingredients

Main material: flours 20g , corn meal 20g, soybean flours 30g

Accessories: egg, scallion, coriander, Hot pickled mustard tuber(CHINESE FOOD) , deep-fried dough sticks(YOU TIAO), garlic and chilli sauce , sweet sauce , oil, water 150g

主料 :面粉20g玉米面20g黄豆面30g

辅料 : 鸡蛋适量 葱适量 香菜 榨菜适量 油条适量 蒜蓉辣酱适量 甜面酱适量 白糖适量 油适量 清水150g

Methods and Steps

方法

1.mix the three flours.

些材料可用24CM平底3

2. Add clean water slowly , mix it into flour paste

慢慢加入清水,边拌成无的面糊。

3. Prepare some material: chopped the hot pickled mustard tuber, chopped scallion, mix the garlic and pepper , sweet sauce and a bit sugar together.(if you don’t like sugar ,you can put some honey

instead.)

准备配料,榨菜切小丁、葱切葱花、蒜蓉辣和甜面加少白糖拌制成甜辣

4. apply some oil in the pan, pour some flour paste into it.

平底涂一薄薄的油,面糊倒入。

5. shake the pan , make the flour paste flat .

晃动平底,使面糊铺满整个底。

6. when the dough become the flat cake ,put an egg on it.

皮成形后,打入一个蛋。

7. stir the egg by shovel

将鸡散,铺满整个皮。

8. when the egg solidified, turn it around.

蛋凝固后,翻面。

9. put some sweet sauce.

涂上甜辣

10. put some chopped scallion and hot pickled mustard tuber. Or something else.

撒上葱花和榨菜碎。最好能放些香菜。

11. put half of the YOU TIAO in it ( deep-fried dough sticks).

放入油条半根。

12. roll it up ,done.
