摘要：现如今，超市的发展离不开人群，更离不开合理的管理方案的实施，天天24超市是一所中小型的超市，可以满足几个小区人们的消费，但是天天24便利超市的管理比较落后，使得库房的空间没有得到充分的利用，而且商品的储存方式导致大量商品的损坏，使库存成本居高不下。因此，库存管理方案的实施可以降低仓储成本，减少不必要的支出。然后，仓储有效合理的管理可以优化仓库的布局，提高仓储的利用率。同时降低仓储的存货量也就是零库存，是各个仓储行业或与仓储有关的行业努力和发展的目标。
