基于单片机的称重仪设计
摘要
电子称重仪是将检测与转换技术、计算机技术、信息处理、数字技术等技术综合一体的现代新型称重仪器,它是科学研究、工业生产与人民生活必需的计量器具。在生产生活中,常规的称量器具已逐渐被智能称重仪器所取代。本设计采用AT89C51芯片作为单片机的主控芯片,外围以称重电路,放大电路,A/D转换电路,显示电路等构成系统电路,物体重量通过称重传感器输出模拟电压信号,用信号放大系统放大,经过A/D转换系统转换将信号输送给单片机进行控制,利用LED显示系统显示数据。实际研究结果表明,本设计实现了称重仪的基本功能,具备使用方便,直观,测量准确,成本低等特点。

Electrnoic Scale Design Based on SCM Abstract Intelligent electronic scale is an integrated modern technology of new weighing equipment, bringing the detection and conversion technology, computer technology, information processing and digital technology together. It is necessary measuring instruments of scientific research, industrial production and people's life. In production of life, weighing apparatus routine has been replaced by intelligent instrument. This design uses the AT89C51chip as the microcontroller control chip, and the external-load including the weighing circuit, amplifying circuit, A/D converter and display circuit constitute the systemcircuit. Measured by the sensor,the signal is amplified by the signal amplification system, after A/D conversion system control signal transmission to the SCM, LED display system displays. Actual results indicate this design basically realize the basic functions of electronic scales,with easy to use, intuitive, measurement accuracy, and lowcost.
