With the development of economy,studying overseas already becomes one kind of tidal current. There are pros and cons about study abroad. Studying overseas is a good chance to increase our knowledge.

The advantage of study overseas

Many people want to study at western country. There has some reasons. First, If we study abroad,we can open the mind. At the same time,we also can obtain a good education with different study environment. We also can increase the life experience. In the western country,accroding to the own situation,we can choose suitable course for ourselves. Through study we can help the grow of ability.we can increase our the ability of cooperation .we also set own goal in life.

Second,we can master the foreign language easily. We live a good language environment. Everyone ues English to contact . When we have a good oral presentation skill, if people return to the country, there will have more jobs, and companies need these people to help the company's development.

Third, if we study overseas, we can learn to the ability to live independently. Because you stay in abroad, you must learn to how to take care ourselves. No one will help you everytime. It is a useful skill to future life. When we are in trouble,we must encourage ourself never give up constantly.

The disadvantage of study overseas

Recently, more students choose to study abroad as they think that it’s worth going, every year thousands and thousands of people leave the comforts of their homes to learning. But living and studying in another country also have its problems. The foreign life can be really different than we imagine. We will have to be adapted to completely new life styles, new social environments and new people, be aware of facing culture shock everywhere, and you will find it’s hard to join the foreign student’s life circle.

Foreign universities abroad are wide into severe out, so it’s hard to graduate. Studying abroad are also expensive, most places don’t allow international students to work, so the high consumption often makes us having financial problem.

Conclusion

In general, studying abroad has pros and cons. In recent years, more and more students would like to study overseas ,resulting in the loss of talent .So advantage is not worth of discussion.

There are some viewpoints about disadvantages of study overseas: 1. It is a gamble,wager is your youth and parents ’s expectation.you will fell great pressure. 2. we 're unfamiliar with Western culture and customs, we may be not used to the food, the way of communication and teaching methods and so on . 5.Major students in order to make pin money,act as a purchasing agent ,it cost so many time so that student can not pay attention to their study.
