【摘 要】党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央将全面从严治党当作“四个全面”战略布局之一，高度重视党的建设工作，尤其在党员管理方面，随着信息化步伐的加快和人口流动趋于频繁，党员管理工作复杂程度越来越高，因此，运用信息化技术实现党员信息管理，不仅对党员信息管理系统数据进行有效分析，提高管理质量和工作效率，更加快了党建管理工作的规范与科学，对提高党的建设工作科学化水平具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC）， the party central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core takes administering the party strictly as one of the strategic layouts of “Four Comprehensive”， they attaches great importance to the work of party building， especially in the management of party members. With the acceleration of the pace of information and the frequent flow of population， the complexity of the management of Party members is becoming more and more complex. Therefore， realizing the information management of party members by information technology not only can analyze the data effectively， improve the management quality and work efficiency， but also accelerate the standardization and scientification of Party building management. It is of great significance to improve the scientific level of the party's construction work.
