4、能正确使用过去一般时态的特殊疑问句询问信息(Wh-questions)

能力目标 1掌握相关的过去式短语，并能利用这些短语谈论节假日活动及过去发生的事。

Step1. Greet the class as usual .: . Good morning,boys and girls.Welcome to our class.The new term has been on,are you happy or unhappy?

Step2.Lead-in.

T: The summer vacation has been over,can you tell me what you did?

S1:watcheded Tv. S2:helped my parents do housework,S3:did my homework.

Step3 1a .Match the activities with the pictures.

T:You are very good, I am proud of you.Now let us look at a picture and tell me what they did.

(1).Read the phrases: stay-stayed ，go-went ， visit-visited

(2).Look at the pictures and match the activities.

(3).Check the answers.

Step 4.1b. Listen and number the people in the picture.

(1) Play the recorder,the students listen and number the people in the picture. (2)Listen again ,check the answers.

(3)Listen and repeat.

Step 5. 1c. This activity provides guided oral practice using the target language. 1.Point out the example conversation.

2.Ask two students to read the dialogue to the class.

3.Say the dialogue in the picture with a student，

4.Do a second example to the class.

5.Have students work in pairs and check the answers.
