论独立浪潮背景下独立学院的发展--以中国石油大学胜利学院为例

【摘要】The independent college is a new school running mode emerged in the process of popularization of higher education in china .In 2008 China promulgated the establishment measures and management of independent college , beginning a new round of adjustment programs for the inde-pendent institutes in five years .This paper takes Shengli College as an example , analyzes the devel-opment of Independent Colleges under the new situation , and tries to put forward some effective countermeasures for the development of independent college .%独立学院是我国高等教育大众化过程中涌现出来的一种新型办学模式。2008年国家颁布《独立学院设置与管理办法》，计划用五年时间完成对独立学院的新一轮调整，独立学院由此被卷入了优化重组的独立浪潮之中。本文以中国石油大学胜利学院为例，分析新形势下独立学院发展中存在的问题，并尝试提出一些适合独立学院发展的有效对策。
