关于信用证远期议付融资成本拆借利率解释
The usance interest rate for 90 days in USD will be COF plus 1.8% p.a., COF for 90 days in USD will be based on the day of discount at our advising bank(DBS/UOB) and Seller shall tell Buyer the COF by email. And the usance interest will be settled together with the Price Adjustment Settlement or final settlement under the Annex 2.
COF是我公司通知行同时也是对外付款行——大华银行（UOB）在贵公司开证行承兑单据后对外付汇时确定的银行间融资成本拆借利率，和Libor一样也是每天变动，和Libor的差别一般在零点零几到零点壹之间。
到时我公司会邮件通知贵公司COF的具体数值，贵公司也可以通过银行自行查询确认，这是银行间的拆解利率，我公司无法影响。
