贾梓彬(北京工业职业技术学院体育部，北京100042摘要：以龙舟文化概述、高校龙舟队伍的兴起与发展为立脚点，探析全国40强高校龙舟队伍的发展模式，
并对北京工业职业技术学院龙舟队的组建、兴起及发展进行个案剖析。认为该校龙舟队的快速发展与队伍自我拼搏、成绩与文化资本积淀、代际文化传承等因素息息相关;借鉴全国高校优势龙舟队伍的发展经验，该
校还需要充分利用社会资源，加大人才引进力度和继续创造可持续发展平台。关键词：高校;龙舟运动；文化继承;北京工业职业技术学院；可持续发展中图分类号:G807
