【摘 要】2016年国内几大民营快递企业纷纷上市,10月27日,中通快递成功登陆纽约证券交易所,成为首家在美国上市的中国快递企业。上市为其进一步发展提供了更多的资金与机会,但也为其带来了一定的风险。如今中通快递上市经营已满一年,论文对其上市之后的收益与风险进行了分析,并为其未来的发展提出了一定的建议与新思路。
【Abstract】Several national private-owned express companies came into the market in 2016. With ZTO landing the NYSE on the 27th of October, it became the first Chinese express enterprise to list in America. Coming into the market provides it with more fund and opportunities as well as risks. It has been one year for ZTO since it went into market. Therefore this article analyzes its benefits and risks, and provides some suggestions for its future development.
