自主学习的方法和好处

大家都知道自主学习是提高学习成绩的一个有效办法。我认为所谓自主学习，说的通俗一点，就是自己学习。有不少同学不会自主学习，只能跟着老师走，作为学生学会自主学习是非常重要的。现在倡导的是终身教育，也就是活到老，学到老，这种教育方式强调了学习自主性有多么重要。这让我想起了一句名言，叫做：今后的文盲不是不识字的人，而是那些不会学习的人!

自主学习是一种能力，看起来简单，但想要坚持却很难。自己有没有自觉主动的学习态度就是起决定性作用的一点。

那么怎样自主学习呢?简单的用一句话概括就是先弄懂最基础的知识，再通过做练习和与其他人讨论的方式扩充这些知识，最后把他们吸收到大脑里，也就是记住他们。以下是我以平时学习经验总结的具体四条：

首先，要加强对自己的管理力，能够抵御各种诱-惑，还要对外界的干扰，做到波澜不惊。比如，上完补习班后是巩固一下所学知识呢?还是玩电脑呢?这个选择的后者对一些人很有诱-惑力。但一定要选择前者，因为把课上的内容再巩固一遍可以加深印象，否则又忘了等于没学，既浪费时间又浪费经历。

其次，要给自己制定一个切实可行的学习计划。绝不能把别人的计划照搬过来。因为你有自己的习惯，别人的计划化不一定适合你。想让计划适合自己并且有事半功倍的效果，就要开动脑筋，自己思考了。

第三，利用周末和假期查找自己的漏洞。找出自己的弱点，加强练习，直到熟练。一段时间之后，你在这一方面你就会更上一层楼。

第四，要学会自我评价学习效果。我们不仅要学，在学完了之后还要检测自己。避免我们对自己满意，认为自己什么都会，到过招的时候，才埋怨对方不按套路出拳。

总而言之，自主学习是一段艰难的过程，一个人如果想要成功，就得从冷板凳做起，尝尝痛苦的滋味。到了以后，通过自身的反复学习，会让这种程序变得很有趣，更会让他成为你的一个好帮手。
