　　As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.” From this, we know that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.
　　有句谚语这样说：“没人会在意健康的价值，直到失去了它”。从这一点，我们就知道健康对每个人的重要性。但是怎么保持健康呢？很多人认为运动可以保证身体健康，带来快乐。就我看来，我认为多做体育运动有很多好处。
First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.
首先，早上做运动会让我精力充沛，有个好的胃口吃早餐。更重要的是，早晨的空气干净清新，这样我就能在课堂上保持一颗清醒的头脑了。每天的运动会让我思维敏捷，及时完成作业。如果我不做运动，我就会感到精神疲惫，身体迟钝。在晚上也变得难以入睡。其次，每天都做运动可以让我的性格变得更好。做运动要花时间和耐心。有时候我真的很想放弃，但是我的朋友们鼓励我坚持下去，然后我就从中获得了极大的满足感。做运动让我变得更坚强、更健康。这就是我的个人经历。
As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy body.

　　In China, almost every family has TV set in their house. Television has made great contribution to people’s daily lives and children’s education. Some people even think that television is one of the greatest inventions in the world. But there is a good side and a bad side to everything and that includes the television.
　　在中国，几乎每个家庭都有电视机。电视在人们的日常生活和孩子的教育上面做出了巨大的贡献。一些人认为电视是这个世界上最伟大的发明之一。但任何事情都有好坏，电视也不例外。
On one hand, TV is a powerful educational tool that through it people know what is happening in the rest of the world. Because of television, people begin to understand different cultures and current affairs. They know about the things they never knew before, they create their own opinions and form their sense of worth. The TV opens a brand-new door for them to explore the things they want to know. Many people may go traveling due to watch the beautiful scenes in TV.
一方面，电视是一个强有力的教育工具。通过电视，人们得以知道到世界的其他地方发生了什么。因为电视，人们了解到不到的风俗习惯和时事政治。他们知道自己从未了解的事情，形成自己的见解和价值观。电视为他们开启了一扇新的大门，等待着人们去探索想要知道的事物。因为电视，很多人想去各地旅游。
On the other hand, some people may find them addicted to television, especially the young people. They spend most of their free time watching TV programs instead of playing outside with their peers. In this case, the children may lack of the ability of communicate effectively with others. TV makes them isolated. What’ more, sometimes the TV programs may contain sexual scenes or bloody scenes that not suitable for children to watch. This will cause negative effects on them.
另一方面，一些人或许会发现他们沉迷于电视中，不能自拔，特别是青少年。他们的大多数空闲时间都用来看电视了，而不是与同伴们一起玩。在这样的情况下，他们或许会缺乏与人高效沟通的能力。电视让他们变得更加孤单。更重要的是，有时候一些电视节目会包含一些色情血腥的镜头，不适合小孩子观看。这会对他们造成负面影响。
To sum up, I think television has both advantages and disadvantages, people should find a balance between it. Make the most use of it, don’t be the salves of it.

　　A hot news shocks people lately, a teenager boy from Brazil is very infatuated with the Korean superstar, so he made the plastic surgery many times, making himself look like a Korean. Before the surgery, he is a handsome boy, but now, in people’s eyes, he disfigures himself. Be a fan, people should keep wise mind, or they will destroy themselves.
　　最近，网络上有一则热点新闻震惊人们，一名来自巴西的青少年非常迷恋韩国明星，所以他多次进行了整容手术，让自己看起来像一名韩国人。在做手术前，他是一个英俊的男孩，但是现在，在人们看来，他毁了自己的容貌。作为粉丝，人们应该保持理智，不然会毁了自己。
Nowadays, fans will be a negative word, because what fans do is very crazy and nonsense. To see the idols, some crazy fans will use the violence to go across the security, destroying the order. There is always the news about the fans getting hurt for the purpose of seeing their idols. What’s more, some fans will drop out of their work, pursuing the stars everywhere. These are horrible action.
现在，粉丝是一个贬义词，因为他们所做的事情是很疯狂和没有意义的。为了看到偶像，一些疯狂的粉丝会使用暴力，冲过保安的防线，破坏秩序。经常有新闻报道粉丝为了看偶像而弄伤了自己。而且，一些粉丝会停止工作，随处追星。这些都是可怕的行径。
Everyone has the right to pursue their idols, but they must have the consciousness that they should not cross the line, there is always a line for being wise and unwise. The wise fans will like the stars for their works; they know clearly that the role and the real person are different, so they won’t support the idols for everything.
每个人都有自己的权利去追求他们的偶像，但是他们必须意识到不能越过线，这条线是区分理智和不理智的标准。理智的粉丝会因为作品而喜欢明星，但是他们清楚认识到角色和现实的人是不同的，因此他们不会盲目支持偶像。
For fans, being wise is very important, so they won’t do the wrong things.
对于粉丝来说，明智是很重要的，这样他们才不会做错事。
