On the one hand, promoting enthusiasm for sports among teenagers helps them keep a healthy lifestyle. In the school, students are forced to take exercise in the PE class, they need to join certain activities. In this way, students live in a healthy lifestyle, they won’t get sick easily. But after they leaving school, no one forces them to do so, so they are lazy to take exercise, their bodies gets weaker.
一方面，促进青少年对体育的热情有助于他们保持健康的生活方式。在学校，学生被强迫在体育课上锻炼，他们需要参加一定的活动。这样一来，学生保持健康的生活方式，他们不会轻易生病。但是他们离开学校以后，没有人强迫他们锻炼，因此他们懒得锻炼，身体变得虚弱。
On the other hand, the enthusiasm for sports can help students enhance their sense of teamwork. As we known, most sports need more than one person to do, like badminton and table tennis, these sports needs more than two people. When students are playing badminton, they need to cooperate, so that they can defeat others, if they just keep an eye on themselves, they game can’t be played. Doing these sports will bring students the sense of teamwork, which is important for their career.
另一方面，对体育的锻炼可以帮助学生加强他们的团体合作感。我们知道，大部分运动需要不止一个人来做，比如羽毛球和乒乓球，这些运动需要超过两个人做。当学生打羽毛球时，需要合作，这样他们才可以打败对手，如果他们只是关注自己，游戏就无法进行。做这些运动可以给学生带来合作感，这对他们将来的职业很重要。
People should keep the habit of taking exercise, the sound body ensures better future. Enthusiasm for sports can make people feel it a happiness to take exercise.
人们应该养成锻炼的好习惯，健康的身体才能确保美好的将来。对体育的热情可以让人们把体育锻炼当成一种幸福。

The Internet has become an indispensable part of our daily life as we step into the new century. The Network language is also very popular in our daily communication. The terms such as “ren jian bu chai” for “life is hard, don’t hurt me with the truth”, “dinosaurs” for ugly women, “gelivable” for awesome, “Beverly Hillbillies” for rich men, can be seen in the newspaper or official documents. Some people think such kind of words will pollute our traditional language, while the other say these terms can enrich our language. We can use it as long as it can be understood by ordinary people. There is no need to ban them. In my humble opinion, we can use these Internet slang terms, but take the essence and discard the dross.
进入新世纪以来，因特网成为了人们生活中不可缺的一部分。网络语言也在人们的日常交流中广受欢迎。网络词语比如“人家不拆”，意为“人生已经够艰难了，就不要再用事实来拆穿我了”；“恐龙”表示相貌难看的女生；“给力”意味着“很棒”；“土豪”意为超级有钱人，这些词语都可以在报纸甚至是政府报告中看到了。一些人认为此类的网络语言会污染我们的母语，而另一些人则认为这些语言可以扩大及丰富我们的母语。只要能让人明白这些词是什么意思，就能够使用它们。没有必要禁止使用网络词语。在我看来，我们应该对网络语言取其精华去其糟粕。
Some people are worried about that the network languages will have bad influenced on the young people, especially they are in the critical period of learning knowledge and forming their values and temperament. It’s true that some of the Internet slang consists of sexually-suggestive, violence and other unhealthy contents. The young people may easily get influenced by those negative factors. And it do harm the healthy development of language and cultural.
一些人则担心网络语言会对年轻人产生不良影响，特别是那些还在学习、价值观及性格都还未定性的青少年来说。不可否认，网络词语言中确实存在性暗示、暴力等其他不良内容。年轻人很容易就受到这些负面因素的影响。这确实会给语言和文化的健康发展带来影响。
Each coin has two sides. The network language is no exception. As an open and free language, the Internet slang has the characteristics of interesting, brevity and newness. It reflects the modern language tendency and social values. There are countless words are created in every single day. These terms help our language to become better and richer. As for some not so good ones, they will be dropped out naturally. The fittest will survive. So we just don’t need to worry too much about the future of Internet slang.
任何事物都有正反面，网络语言也不例外。作为自由、开放的语言，网络语具备了风趣幽默、简洁明了、创意十足的特征。它反映了当代语言的趋势和社会的价值取向。每一天，都有不计其数的词汇产生。这些词汇使得我们的语言更为丰富，也更好。至于那些不怎么好的词，它们自然会被社会所淘汰掉。适者生存。所以我们不必对网络语言的未来过于担心。
To sum up, I think we should take a calm, objective view of network language. The good ones can stand the test of time, and be accepted by the people. As to the bad ones, they will be forgotten by the history, aren’t they?
总的来说，我认为我们应该对网络语言持一个冷静、客观的态度。好的词语会耐得住时间的考验，最终被人们所接受。至于坏的那些，终将被历史所遗忘，难道不是吗？

In recent years, Chinese government pedestals a policy that citizens can drive on the highway for free during holidays. Some people are in favor of the highway free policy, while others take an opposite side. As far as I am concerned, we can not afford to ignore that we don’t have to pay for driving on the highway, however, there are some disadvantages of the policy.
近几年，中国政府出台了一项政策，市民可以在节假期 My Holiday'>假日期间享受高速路免费通行。有些人大爱这个高速免费政策，有些人则持反对意见。就我看来，我们不能无视高速免费的好处，然而，这个政策也有弊端。
On the one hand, there is no doubt that the highway free policy could arouse people’s appetite for travel, when it comes to holiday, we can see a big traffic jam in every road, and countless sorrow faces. People think the policy is a great perk, but they didn’t realize everyone thinks so, therefore, when people going go travel, the scenic spot is crowded with people, what’s more, they have to wait for hours on the highway whether they go to travel or come back.
一方面，无疑这个高速免费政策会激起人们出行的欲望，每到节假期 My Holiday'>假日，我们就会看到路上的车队长龙，还有无数的苦逼脸。人们以为这个政策让他们捡了个大便宜，但是他们没意识到每个人都是这样想的，因此，人们出游的时候，景点就会挤满了人，还有就是在他们在出去和回家的路上要等上数小时。
On the other hand, highway free policy might causes some problems, for instance, hygiene problems, safety problems and so on. Some people are with low ethical principles, when they are on the highway or in the scenic spot, they might throw rubbish wherever they want，which in highway is a terrible safety problem. Since the number of travel people have jumped so fast, the highway and scenic spot’s hygiene and safety problems are very easily out of control.
另一方面，高速免费政策有可能会引发一些问题，例如卫生和安全问题等等。有些人的道德底线很低，他们在高速路和景点有可能会乱扔垃圾,在高速路上，乱扔垃圾是个严重的安全隐患。鉴于出行人数激增，高速路和景点的卫生和安全很容易失控。
Therefore, it is quite clear that we should be charged for highways, even though it increases the travel money, I believe it is worth.
因此，高速路还是应该收费的好，尽管会增加出行费用，但我相信这是值得的。
