DAY1. 8.19-  8点出发至华盛顿（4小时车程，中途休息+午餐1小时，13:00停车（周末免费）：355 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20024.下午游览国会大厦United States Capitol 8:30-16:30周日休息(已预约周六下午2点)、最高法院Federal Supreme Court of the United States周末休息、航空航天博物馆National Air and Space Museum 10:00-17:30、华盛顿纪念碑Washington monument 9：00-22：00、白宫远观the white house）
