全球现有新型冠状病毒疫苗研发浅析

        摘 要 2020年伊始，一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）疫情引起重大公共卫生事件。截至2020年7月1日，全球有1 000万余人感染，50多万人死亡。疫苗一直是控制传染病流行的最经济有效的手段，引起大众的广泛关注。目前，全球共有140余项新型冠状病毒疫苗处于临床前或临床研究阶段，包括全病毒灭活苗、减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、核酸疫苗（DNA疫苗和RNA疫苗）和病毒载体疫苗等不同的疫苗类型。全文就相关疫苗研究进行评述，供大家参考。

        Analysis of the research and development of COVID-19 vaccines in the world

        ABSTRACT A novel corona virus（SARS-COV-2） outbreak has caused a major public health concern since the beginning of this year. By July 1， 2020， the infection number has exceeded 10 million globally， with over 500 000 deaths. Vaccine is always the most effective and economical means to control the spread of infectious diseases， which has aroused wide public concern. At present， there are more than 140 COVID-19 related vaccines being studied in preclinical or clinical stage worldwide， including inactivated whole virus vaccine， live attenuated vaccine， subunit vaccine， nucleic acid vaccine（DNA or RNA vaccine） and viral vector-based vaccine. This article briefly comments on research of these vaccines for reference.
