Abstract
Inthispaper.Wemainlydiscusstheexistenceoftheoddperfectnumbers.Asamatteroffact,Itisaverydifficultproblemtofindanoddperfectnumber.Itisaninternationalpuzzle.Nevertheless,Wefind5criterionsofanoddperfectnumberbeingnotaanperfectnumber.Meanwhilewealsofind2necessaryandsufficientconditionsoftheoddperfectnumbers.Atthesametime,WecitedtheconclusionsaboutthecorrespondencebetweentheoddperfectnumberandtheMersenne’sprime,andwealsoprovetheEulerTheoremofperfectnumberinourcontext.
