摘 要 随着高校市场的扩大,高校间的竞争也越来越激烈。而让学校更具竞争力的最重要因素之一无疑是做好教育团队的建设工作。但对于当下部分公办高校来说,招聘工作在政府干预和高校自主权双重影响下,矛盾和困难仍旧存在,因此本文针对存在的问题提出了一些建议。

Work and the Countermeasures
——Taking Zhangzhou municipal colleges and universities as an example

Abstract With the expansion of the college market, the competition between colleges and universities is becoming fiercer. One of the most important factors to make the school more competitive is undoubtedly the construction of education team. But for the moment some public colleges and universities, recruiting work under the dual influence of government intervention and the autonomy, contradictions and difficulties still exist, therefore this paper puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems.
