浅析真功夫快餐连锁门店的经营问题
摘要:连锁经营是指若干同种商店采用统一的商户名称,商户标志,经营方式和管理手段。运用规模经济效益的原理,统一采购,规范化管理以获取成本最小化和较高的利润。目前,连锁经营应经被餐饮,零售和服务行业广泛采用。连锁经营有利于提升相关企业的知名度,提高企业的管理效率和工作效率,同时减低成本,获得较大收益,从而达到提高企业的核心竞争力。我国饮食文化博大精深,但是中国中式快餐行业的连锁经营却一直处于起步阶段,随着我国经济的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,面对西式快餐行业的竞争,中式快餐行业如何应对。真功夫快餐最为中国中式快餐行业的领导品牌,在社会上具有较高的知名度。本文以真功夫快餐的发展为研究对象,围绕真功夫快餐在发展过程中所遇到的问题,提出自己的见解,并通过对真功夫的研究给中国其他中式快餐企业的发展带来一些借鉴意义。

Abstract: This refers to the number of chain stores using the same kind of unified business name , business logo, business methods and management tools. Applying the principle of economies of scale , centralized purchasing , standardized management for minimizing costs and higher profits. Currently, the chain should be through catering, retail and service industries widely used. Chain is conducive to enhancing the visibility of related enterprises, improve management efficiency and effectiveness of your business , while reducing costs and achieve greater revenue to achieve improved core competitiveness of enterprises . Our food culture is profound, but the Chinese fast food chain industry in China has been in its infancy , as China's economic development , people's standard of living getting higher and higher , Western-style fast-food industry to face the competition , the Chinese fast food industry how to respond. Zhen Kungfu Chinese fast food fast-food industry's leading brands , with high visibility in the community. In this paper, the development of real skills for the study of fast food , fast food really work around problems encountered in the development process , put forward their own views , and through the study of real skill to Chinese development of other Chinese fast food enterprises to bring some reference .
