本文首先对文化企业文的内含了说明,然后介绍了企业文化的构成要素和核心,并阐述企业文的重要
敬业集团坐落于山县,以生产钢铁主,有着自己的一套企业文化形成断地只能使敬业企业宗旨。重视人才,对文化建设重视度加大和注重培训和学习是敬业集团企业文化的优点与经验。然而,敬集团的化建设仍然存在不足,例如,盲多元化经营,盲目追求规模效应,文化建设缺乏创新,用人的歧视和文化建设重形式,轻创新等等
本文认为,敬业集团企业文化足的是文化建设仍停留在传统阶段,忽视了人本主义神和对业文化的不足。敬业集团企业文化建设改进措施有重视哲学在企业化建设的作用发挥高层领导在文化建设中的用,重视学习和创新文化建中的作,注重“人本精神”的建设

ABSTRACT This article first culture and corporate culture containing an explanation , and then describes the elements of corporate culture and core , and described the importance of corporate culture . Group is located in Pingshan dedicated to the production of steel -based, has its own set of corporate culture formation process . " Constantly evolving, constantly change. Legalistic only enable enterprises to death" is a dedicated group of business purposes. Talent, increase the degree of emphasis on the cultural construction and attention to training and learning are the advantages of dedicated group enterprise culture and experience. However , dedicated group of cultural construction deficiencies still exist , for example , blind diversification, the blind pursuit of economies of scale, lack of innovation culture , employing heavy form of discrimination and cultural construction , lightweight innovation and so on. This paper argues that corporate culture dedicated group of insufficient reason is still stuck in the traditional cultural construction stage , ignoring the human spirit and the lack of understanding of corporate culture . Dedicated group enterprise culture construction improvements in the corporate philosophy with emphasis on the role of culture , play senior leadership role in cultural development , emphasis on learning and innovation in the cultural construction of the role of focus on " human spirit " of the building and so on.
