福建省卫生厅4月26日通报，福建省确诊1例人感染 H 7 N 9禽流感病例。
Fujian Provincial Health Department announced in April 26 th , 1 cases of people in Fujian Province confirmed infected with H 7 N 9 avian influenza .
患者罗某，男，65岁，福建省龙岩市永定县高陂镇人。患者于4月18日无明显诱因出现反复咳嗽，伴活动后胸闷，低热。23日14时50分以& ldquo ;咳嗽 咳痰5天，发热 气促2天为主诉入住龙岩市第二医院。省市专家会诊诊断为1.重症肺炎、2.人感染 H 7 N 9禽流感待确诊。给予抗病毒治疗、无创呼吸支持和中药等综合治疗，目前病情有所好转。
Patients with Luomou , male , 65 years old , Yongding County of Longyan province Fujian Po town . Patients in April 18 th without apparent inducement occurrence cough repeatedly , with activity after chest tightness , low heat . 23 at fourteen fifty to " cough for 5 days , fever and shortness of breath 2 days " as the chief complaint in second hospitals of Longyan city . Provincial expert consultation for 1 severe pneumonia , 2 of human infection with the H 7 N 9 avian flu to be confirmed . Antiviral therapy , noninvasive respiratory support therapy and Chinese medicine , the current condition has improved .
4月26日11时中国疾控中心复核检测结果为 H 7 N 9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。按照《人感染 H 7 N 9禽流感诊疗方案(201X年第2版)》，福建省卫生厅专家组综合病例的临床表现、实验室检测和流行病学调查结果，诊断为人感染 H 7 N 9禽流感确诊病例。该病例为我省首例人感染 H 7 N 9禽流感确诊病例。
