英语专业课程介绍(英文版)

实践性教学环节有两种:一是课程的实践性教学,即课程作业、实验、实习(设计);二是集中实践性教学,即社会调查、各类实习(见习)以及毕业作业(论文或设计)等。教学计划中规定的作业、实验、实习等课程实践性教学环节和集中实践性教学环节是学生必修的教学环节,在课程和专业学习中突出的重要地位。对不同专业的实践性教学环节的教学管理和考核,中央电大和省级电大都有具体的规定。
理工科实践性教学环节一般包括:课程作业、课程实验、生产实习、课程设计和毕业设计(论文)等项。这些环节是培养高等应用型专门人才的重要手段,各分校、工作站必须按下列规定加强管理,认真组织实施。
计算机应用专业的计划集中实践环节主要包括:计算机操作技能训练,流行实用软件使用,课程设计,生产实习和毕业设计。其中计算机入门及操作技能训练“OFFICE办公软件部分由中央电大提供统设服务(即统一实验大纲和实验教材),地方电大应认真组织落实。而集中实践环节的其他部分,均全部由地方电大组织实施。此外,学生应完成规定的课程设计,课程设计的内容应在本技术方向安排的大作业内容基础上,进行综合性课题设计。

Students are required to: Love the socialist motherland, advocate the leadership of CPC, understand the basic principle of Marxism, Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, serve the people and the modernization drive, have the sense of responsibility for the prosperity of the country and nation, love their career, overcome difficulties, abide by law and cooperate with others; have a sound morality and professional standard; love the education undertaking and be a good teacher. Build up a solid foundation of the English language, language study, and culture, develop the ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, especially a strong ability of oral communication and translation both orally and in written form; learn about the theoretical development of English linguistics study; develop the ability of knowledge upgrading; receive basic training of scientific research with the basic approach in an innovative and creative way.

. Program Goals and Standards (. Program Goals This program stresses on the intensity of basic training in order to help the students to build up a solid foundation in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking and reading through a series of tests. Five sub-programs are to be set up for the third and fourth year students, including literature, translation, international trade, information and media and cross cultural communication. Focus is to be given on the application abilities and knowledge scope. Through four years of study, the students are able to acquire the basic skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, especially a strong oral communication skills and written skills in order to be engaged in translation, teaching, editing and other jobs which require an advanced command of English. The length of the program is 4 years. The students are allowed to finish the study within 3-6 years. Other requirements include: acquire the specified credits, finish the graduation dissertation, learn a second foreign language (Russian, Japanese, Germany, French, or Spanish and necessary office techniques. Bachelor’s Degree of Literature is to be granted to those who have reached the degree standard. . Development Orientation of Chinese Language and Literature Specialty (Pedagogic Undergraduate Program
. Program Goals and Standards (. Program Goals This program cultivates teachers, teaching researchers and other educational workers with basic theories, knowledge and skills of Chinese language & literature to be engaged in relevant teaching and research work for secondary schools. (. Program Standards This program provides the students with the basic theory and knowledge of Chinese language & literature, offer them the basic training of education and teaching research, and help them to become a culturally advanced person and qualified teacher to be engaged in relevant teaching and research activities. The graduates are required to: 1have a correct view on art and literature works and on its language, build up a solid foundation of Chinese language & literature, and develop the ability of handling materials and analyzing literary works written in both ancient and modern languages, as well as the ability of writing and Chinese teaching; 2understand the latest development of language studies, keep up with the latest research of the major and relevant subjects, broaden the specialized knowledge according to the need of the society and education and improve the teaching level by introducing the latest knowledge into Chinese teaching with an innovative approach; 3learn about the history of the major and relevant subjects, stress on the development of traditional culture, have a general understanding about philosophy and natural science, manage the basic method of material collecting, document searching, social survey and academic writing, and create new fields by integrating art and science subjects in a cross-discipline context; 4learn about relevant rules and regulations and develop the ability of using the basic theories of education study, psychology and Chinese language & literature teaching as well as advanced means of education; 5Develop a sound ability of writing and Mandarin speaking up to the national

Education Plans for Undergraduates Majoring in Social Work I. Objectives and requirements of education i. Objectives
In order to meet the need of socialist modernization, the major aims at cultivating for the capital and the country, applicable elites of high level with multiple abilities, who have healthy
bodies, good professional morals, decent command of specialized theory, and techniques of social work. The graduates are fit for the work in many undertakings, such as civil administration, social welfare and services, labor and social security, the associations for the employs, youth and women, enterprises, charities, social commonweal associations, public health, psychological counseling, community management and services and so on; besides, they are able to engage in various social provide, welfare, security, administrative management, policy study, commonweal charities, community management and services and civil administration. ii. Educational requirement
Undergraduates are supposed to: l Love the motherland, a socialist country; have the consciousness of loving the country, the people and the capital; with the specialized knowledge learnt, be ready to help others, serve the people and the society, contribute to the prosperity and well-being of the capital, the country of the people; 2 Have a high level of Marxist theory and firm and correct political belief; be familiar with relative policies and guidelines of the Party and government as well as the basic laws and regulations of the country; 3 Possess a theoretical foundation and systematic specialized knowledge on social work, meantime expand continually the study into relative subjects and fields; 4 Master the basic theory, techniques and methods of social work, have a strong practical and operational ability to engage in social work; 5 Be healthy and up to the standard of the country issued "Undergraduate PE Qualification Standard"; 6 Master a foreign language and pass the CET, Band IV.
